ABOUT THE MIRACLES OF THE HOLY APOSTLES

1. In the name of Our Lord Peter and John heal a man crippled from birth by the temple gate called Beautiful.

3. Peter through his prayers raises Tabitha from the dead in Joppa.

5. Peter’s shadow, when falling on the sick, heals them.
6. Peter is incarcerated in the public jail, chained and under guard, but an angel of the Lord brings him out. Herod dies devoured by worms.
7. Stephen does great wonders and miraculous signs.
8. Philip meets an Ethiopian eunuch who is reading from the book of Isaiah and baptizes him.
9. Philip expels many evil spirits in Samaria and heals the cripples and the paralytics.
10. Paul sees a vision on the way to Damascus and begins preaching.
11. In Lystra Paul heals a man lame from birth in the name of the Lord.
12. Paul has a vision and is called to Macedonia.
13. At Philippi Paul expels an evil spirit from a slave girl. Paul and Silas are thrown into prison and their feet are fastened in the stocks. At midnight there is such a violent earthquake that their chains come loose.
14. Paul’s handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him cure the sick and the possessed of evil spirits.
15. At Troas Paul raises from the dead Eutychus, who fell out the window and died, saying: “his soul is within him”.
16. In Cyprus Paul faces off Elymas the sorcerer and renders him blind.
17. While Paul is sailing to Rome both he and all other people on board take violent battering for fourteen days and don’t expect to survive. The angel of the Lord says to Paul: “because of you I spare the lives of all who sail with you”, and all are saved.
18. After Paul leaves the ship a viper bites him and everyone thinks he will die. When nothing unusual happens to him they take him for a god.
19. While on the island Paul heals Publius ‘ father who suffered from fever and dysentery. He also cures many other sick on the island.
