		<description>I really love the point you made about permanence. &#160;I&#039;ve never thought about it in those words. &#160;Everything we do has an impact on those around us and even on ourselves. &#160;How important it is to pray at the beginning of the day so that our actions can be guided by the Holy Spirit. &#160; &#160;Also, something else you said reminded me of St. John of Kronstadt. &#160;You said that the early morning liturgy made everything so clear. &#160;St. John has written how important to pray in the very early hours of the morning, before the sun comes up, and how special that time is and that we should all strive to do the same.</description>
